Through customized training, mindful movement, and real support, you'll reconnect with your strength, reset your mindset, and rise—one step at a time.

A full hour to explore your physical, mental, and emotional goals so we can build a plan rooted in purpose, not pressure.
Weekly coaching calls + mid-week check-ins via voice, message, or zoom
You’ll never go at it alone. I’m with you—whether you need a pep talk, a listening ear, or a strategy shift.
Weekly guided meditations + affirmations
Ground your runs in intention with calming meditations and affirmations to carry you through the miles.
Trauma-informed, mindfulness-based support
Coaching that honors your lived experience, stress, and healing—delivered with compassion, not comparison.
Personal journal prompts and checklists
Stay mindful of your growth—on and off the trail—with tools to help you reflect, stay focused, and rise.
